Healthy life.

A healthy diet should have vegetables, fruits,fish...
You should eat two portions of fruit a day, because it is very healthy. You also should drink a lot of water, because it is good for your body.
You should do a lot of sports to be sane. You should eat a portion of oily food but not too much, because it is not healthy.
If you eat a lot of fattening food like pasta,chocolate,cakes... you will be fat. And if you don't eat you can have an eating disorder.
